This commit updates the version of the paperless-ngx Helm chart from 0.26.2 to 0.26.3. The version bump reflects upstream changes and improvements incorporated in the latest release of the chart. Updating to the new version ensures users benefit from the latest features and bug fixes associated with paperless-ngx. There are no breaking changes or major modifications to the chart structure in this update.
