Updated the version to 1.12.1 and appVersion to 2.32.1 in the
Chart.yaml file for the audiobookshelf Helm chart. These changes
reflect minor updates and improvements in the application. Keeping
the chart's metadata up-to-date ensures compatibility and allows
users to easily identify the current version being deployed. No
breaking changes are introduced with this update.
